Business Analyst

Own dashboard creation and maintenance for group and business unit KPIs including revenue, unit economics, and cash burn.

Conduct detailed business performance analytics, financial modeling, scenario planning, and support M&A/investment analysis.

Prepare board, leadership, and investor communications including presentations and data packs, and manage cross-portfolio initiative tracking.

2-4 years overall work experience; 1-2 years in analytical roles such as consulting, strategy, business finance, or analytics.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, scenario models) and strong PowerPoint capabilities for producing executive-level slides.

Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Excel and handling large datasets with regular use of AI tools.

Education: MBA from a reputed institute. Location fixed to Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.

Experience in PropTech, real estate, rental, or housing marketplaces, familiar with related business models such as brokerage, listings, or developer SaaS.

Background in management consulting (strategy, analytics, capability centers) or high-growth startup strategy/founder's office roles.

Ability to deliver insight-led, structured communications to senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
