Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules related to staffing, organizations, job profiles, and worker data.
Support and enhance Workday Business Processes, security configurations, reporting, data migration, and integrations.
Provide production support, testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve Workday solutions and support releases.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM implementation and/or production support experience.
Proficient in configuring Workday Business Process Framework, Condition Rules, Validations, Notifications, Reports, Calculated Fields, Security, and EIB data loads.
Experience supporting Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and production support in AMS/incident management environments.
Location requirement: Bangalore, India. Work Experience Required: 3-4 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle Workday Core HCM implementations and support of complex HR processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in production incident resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Workday Release Management, Agile methodologies, and multinational/global HR environments is preferred.
