Finance Systems Business Analyst

Lead analysis and improvement of finance business processes, driving standardisation, automation, and efficiency within strategic transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to define requirements, support ERP and finance system implementations, and ensure effective delivery.

Coordinate testing (UAT, SIT), create documentation and training materials, and provide ongoing support to finance users for continuous process and system improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 7 years experience as a Business Analyst on transformation, ERP, or business intelligence projects.

Experience with enterprise finance platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Anaplan, or BI tools like Qlik, Power BI, Tableau.

Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Location: Gurugram / Pune - India (Hybrid).

Strong background in finance transformation projects involving ERP and financial systems implementations, able to bridge business and technology needs.

Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, detailed requirements gathering, and supporting system testing and deployment.

Experienced in financial modelling, data migration, and continuous process improvement within regulated financial or fintech environments.
