Strong subject matter expertise on CHRO challenges, HR technology landscape including AI, and HR functional transformation.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to influence senior HR executives (CHROs) with credibility and executive presence.
Experienced in creating and delivering complex, data-driven insights in multiple formats for strategic decision-making.
Comfortable operating independently in a global, multicultural, matrixed environment while supporting collaborative knowledge sharing.
