Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent.
5+ years experience in management accounting, finance controlling, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting rules; practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel-based analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading or coaching small to medium-sized finance teams and driving financial planning and analysis (including driver-based forecasting).
Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights supporting decision-making in fast-moving environments.
Experience with process automation tools or reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI) and exposure to audits, tax reporting, or regulatory filings in an international context.
