Design, develop, and validate safety-critical firmware for Cortex-R5 MCUs compliant with ISO 26262, including low-level driver and HAL implementation.
Lead system bring-up and bootloader development to configure secure and safe operational environments on TI TDA4Vx SoC.
Architect and implement high-performance Inter-Processor Communication between safety and application domains and perform deep debugging at hardware/software interfaces.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of embedded software development experience focused on C for microcontrollers and safety-critical firmware.
Experience with ARM Cortex-R5 or similar safety-oriented MCUs, TI TDA4Vx/Jacinto 7 family, and related SDKs.
Proven development of firmware compliant with safety standards like ISO 26262 or IEC 61508.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in safety-critical embedded firmware with hands-on knowledge of SoC safety features such as MPU, lock-step cores, and ECC.
Experienced in real-time OS environments, particularly ETAS RTA-OS or FreeRTOS, and low-level hardware debugging using tools like Lauterbach Trace32.
Prior involvement in system bring-up, bootloader development, and IPC between safety and application domains in automotive or similar industries.
