Manage end-to-end billing and finance operations including raising estimates, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with finance and vendors until receipt order (RO) release.
Conduct monthly reconciliation of invoices and ROs for client and internal systems.
Supervise billing processes, resolve complex billing issues, and verify all bills before processing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
3-4 years of finance/billing experience; prior Media/Advertising industry experience is a plus.
Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Tally and advanced MS Excel skills.
Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in accounts receivable/billing role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently manage accurate billing and finance processes with strong analytical and report preparation skills.
Experience operating within digital marketing or media/advertising finance or billing environments.
Strong coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholders including clients, finance team, and vendors effectively.
