Own end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO in projects, acting as work stream lead with hands-on delivery responsibility.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards throughout the production process.
Provide mentoring and training to business users and maintain reusable solution templates and knowledge databases.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years consulting experience specifically in SAP FICO.
Experience in at least 2 full SAP S4 Hana implementation or rollout projects.
Hands-on SAP FIORI experience and work on data migration for FICO implementations.
Strong understanding of core SAP FICO processes incl AP, AR, Assets, Bank accounting, Controlling, Taxation, General Ledger, Profit center accounting, Parallel Ledgers, intercompany accounting, and FI integration with MM & SD modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing FICO integration with 3rd party systems and familiar with SAP Activate methodology.
Proven ability to lead projects and strong customer relationship skills, with experience delivering quality assurance and training.
Technical collaboration skills including creating functional specs, SIT & UAT testing, and content creation for branding and knowledge sharing.
