Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules including Staffing, Organizations, Job Profiles, Worker data, and Business Processes such as Hire, Change Job, Termination, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
Develop, modify, and support Workday reports and security configurations including Domain Security Policies, Security Groups, and User provisioning.
Provide production support within an AMS/support model, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, testing, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and IT teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM implementation and/or production support experience.
Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration covering Business Processes, Organizations, Security, Reporting, and EIB integrations.
Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in Workday Core HCM domain.
Location Requirement: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle with solid knowledge of HR business processes like Recruitment, Hiring, Promotions, Transfers, and Terminations.
Able to handle AMS/support environments including incident management and production support with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with Workday Release Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably with Workday HCM Certification and experience in at least one full-cycle implementation.
