Operations Staff (KIH)

Execute daily operational activities at Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses and Processing Units including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and processing.

Support Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Maintain high standards of shipment accuracy, productivity, quality, safety, and compliance while driving operational discipline and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 10th Standard pass education.

3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations or supply chain operations.

Physically fit to perform operational activities involving standing, walking and manual handling of shipments.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays; basic English reading, communication, and computer/handheld scanner skills.

Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, loading/unloading and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.

Capable of maintaining operational discipline and process compliance to achieve SLA adherence and zero operational errors.

Able to support and coach junior employees and assist shift in-charges in daily operational coordination and process improvement.
