Oversee and contribute to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems and teams.
Identify and implement improvements to data quality and client service levels.
Manage and deliver project initiatives while supervising and guiding junior staff, and act as backup for the manager.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of experience in asset servicing, corporate actions, capital markets, equity, stocks, securities, and derivatives.
Experience with corporate actions announcement and scrubbing in a global financial services organization.
Flexibility to work shifts between 4 AM to 2 AM IST.
Preferred background in client custody, services, fund accounting, and reconciliation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and handle client escalations independently.
Experience driving process improvements and managing project delivery.
Good understanding of capital markets operations with compliance and risk awareness.
