Design, develop, customize, and maintain engineering software solutions on proprietary CAD/CAM/PLM platforms using C/C++ and vendor-specific SDKs/APIs.
Build and optimize CAD functionality including geometry/topology operations, feature modelers, and automation for parts, assemblies, and drawings.
Debug native CAD software customizations and maintain software process models including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in CAD/CAM engineering software development.
Strong proficiency in C++, including object-oriented design, data structures, memory management, and performance optimization.
Experience developing customizations or plugins on proprietary/OEM CAD platforms (e.g., CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, or internal systems).
Work Experience Required: Around 5+ years in CAD/CAM development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proficient in applying object-modeler/interface-based programming and CAD kernel concepts (B-Rep, topology, geometry).
Experienced in handling CAD document structures and using proprietary CAD SDK environments and debugging native CAD applications.
Familiar with engineering domains like automotive or aerospace and supporting CAD automation workflows with scripting or PLM APIs.
