Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities focused on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and develop workflows including Incident, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Ensure platform security compliance with ACLs, roles, and data access rules while supporting deployments, root cause analysis, and regulatory compliance including FedRAMP-aligned environments.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Strong development expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting framework.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and configuring/supporting TPRM workflows and risk management.
Experience building and consuming REST or SOAP integrations; understanding of ServiceNow upgrade, testing, deployment, and release management practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working collaboratively with architects, platform owners, process teams, and business stakeholders in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions and support secure, scalable ServiceNow implementations.
Familiar with Agile delivery methods, enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments, and compliance in regulated environments.
