Develop, maintain, and support backend services, APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations within a managed services model.
Handle incident management, production support, troubleshooting, RCA, and performance optimization to ensure application stability and SLA adherence.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enhancements, support releases, automate operational tasks, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of hands-on experience in backend development, application support, or managed services delivery.
Strong backend engineering skills in Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, .NET/C# and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB and troubleshooting backend/database issues.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc IT) required; production support experience in an SLA-driven managed services environment mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ITIL-based managed services with strong production incident handling and root cause analysis skills.
Proficient in microservices architecture, backend performance tuning, API security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced support environment with cross-shift offshore/onshore collaboration and strong ownership to drive issue resolution.
