Lead enterprise-wide vulnerability management including identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation of security weaknesses across IT infrastructure including cloud and on-premises.
Operate and manage vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, and Defender VM to conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Drive automation of security workflows and prepare detailed reporting on vulnerability trends, remediation metrics, and compliance status for management and compliance teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
6+ years of experience specifically in vulnerability management.
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or similar.
Eligibility to access export-controlled information per U.S. export control laws (EAR) and background may require export license review.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has proven leadership and strong technical competence in managing vulnerability assessment at an enterprise scale across mixed cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
Strong analytical skills with ability to distinguish actual threats from false positives and prioritize vulnerabilities based on exploitability and business impact.
Experienced in automating security workflows and handling cross-functional remediation coordination with IT and engineering teams.
