Global Assoc Director, Business Analyst Pipeline & Portfolio Solutions

Translate forecasting-process needs into detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specs for the ATHENA platform.

Serve as primary liaison between Forecasting CoE, product and regional leads, pilot users, ATHENA Product Owner, and technology delivery teams.

Manage end-to-end traceability of requirements through to solution delivery, support UAT preparation, business validation, and defect triage.

3 to 5+ years experience in business analysis or related role handling requirements from elicitation to acceptance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with user stories, process flows, functional specs, acceptance criteria, UAT prep, and backlog refinement.

English fluency (oral and written) required; Pharmaceutical or life-sciences experience preferred.

Experienced in forecasting, portfolio management, commercial planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within pharmaceutical/life sciences preferred.

Skilled at facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams in an Agile delivery environment (using tools like Jira and Confluence).

Strong analytical thinker with ability to clearly communicate complex business requirements and support cross-functional collaboration.
