Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documents.
Create and execute test cases covering functional testing, regression testing, SIT, and provide UAT support for the Xpress Forms Digital Adoption Platform journey.
Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to analyze business processes, suggest improvements, and manage defect lifecycle including API and backend data validation where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of work experience.
Strong understanding of Banking domain processes.
Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Manual Testing including requirement gathering and documentation.
Experience with requirement gathering, SDLC, STLC, and tools like Jira, Confluence; knowledge of API testing using Postman preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domain with knowledge of banking processes and digital banking workflows.
Capable of handling both business analysis and manual quality assurance responsibilities concurrently.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in cross-functional teams involving stakeholders, developers, and testers.
