Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
4+ years of relevant work experience.
Work Location: Hyderabad with Hybrid work model.
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in investment trading workflows, preferably with knowledge of FIX protocol (versions 4.0, 4.2, 4.4).
Familiarity with buy-side and sell-side trading or trading operations roles.
Capable of strategic improvement identification and training leadership within complex technical project environments.
