Senior Business Analyst

Engage with stakeholders across treasury, lending, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and technology to define business objectives, pain points, and control requirements.

Own business analysis deliverables including business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.

Validate and analyze transaction data related to treasury and lending operations using SQL and support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement and test management.

5 - 7 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services.

Strong knowledge of treasury products and operations including deposits, money markets, foreign exchange, derivatives, settlements, and collateral.

Strong understanding of lending lifecycle including origination, servicing, closure, interest, fees, repayment, and credit approval processes.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience bridging treasury and lending business domains with technology teams to deliver operational improvements.

Skilled in detailed data analysis and validation supporting treasury and lending transaction workflows.

Comfortable working in Agile development cycles with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
