Own advanced sourcing and pipeline management for complex, niche, and high priority roles, including hard to fill and executive positions using innovative techniques and AI tools.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to co-create sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence insights.
Lead process improvement initiatives, mentor junior sourcers, manage data integrity in ATS, and prepare for transition into a Talent Acquisition Partner role through stretch assignments and job shadowing.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience including high volume and specialized searches.
Advanced proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and market intelligence platforms.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and present talent market data.
Work Mode: Hybrid work from office, Day shift.
