Lead design and delivery of enterprise-level API integrations for largest APAC customers, managing multi-month high-complexity projects end to end.
Own project success by reviewing and challenging planning, resource allocation, and timelines across integrations.
Act as long-term technical advisor post-integration and mentor Technical Account Management team on technical and project management practices.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in technical or customer-facing role (e.g. Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager) with enterprise customers.
Experience architecting API-based SaaS solutions on modern cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience in MarTech, CDPs, customer engagement platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems; payments experience is a plus.
Must be located within commuting distance of Bengaluru or Mumbai offices in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale, complex projects end to end with strong risk and resource management skills.
Technical proficiency to translate complex API and cloud solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Capable of long-term technical advisory with ability to mentor and raise standards within cross-functional teams.
