Lead Automation Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools for software and integrated systems in healthcare technology.

Develop high-quality automation scripts applying Object-Oriented Programming principles and design database solutions for test data.

Contribute to cloud and microservices automation architectures and drive system reliability engineering for resilient automation solutions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in software test automation or closely related roles supporting complex software-enabled products.

Strong programming skills in C++; proficiency in C# is highly desirable.

Experience with requirements and test management tools such as Jama and ALM/Quality Center for traceability and quality documentation.

Experienced in designing and maintaining reliable automation frameworks including BDD and test automation for regulated medical devices.

Familiarity with medical product quality systems, requirements-based testing, risk-based verification, and regulatory expectations.

Skilled in Agile methodologies with capabilities to manage dependencies, communicate risks, and coordinate across teams to meet project commitments.
