Lead multiple software engineering teams within Securities Services Technology, managing day-to-day implementation, stakeholder relationships, and compliance with business and tactical requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET (Framework and 6/7/8+), Python, and relational/non-relational databases with a focus on scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification; demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience required.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Python, and SQL; experience with React/Angular/TypeScript frontend development.
Experience with database technologies including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
Experience leading technology projects and software engineering teams; strong knowledge of SDLC, automation, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and application security.

Strong technical breadth in backend (.NET ecosystem, Python), frontend frameworks (React/Angular), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and AI-assisted development toolchains.
