Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification in software concepts.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React/React Native, AWS (ECS, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch), Kafka, IaC/Terraform.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to critically validate AI-generated outputs.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in system design and development within large corporate environments using modern technologies and cloud platforms.
Able to balance technical delivery with security and responsible AI guidance across software development workflows.
Comfortable working in agile teams focusing on scalable, resilient, and secure consumer banking applications.
