Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React/React Native, AWS (ECS, DynamoDB, Postgres), Kafka, IaC/Terraform.
Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to validate AI-generated outputs for correctness and security.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
