Practical experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure including containerization and platform engineering.

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Experienced leader adept at coaching multiple teams through strategic initiatives in technology delivery, focusing on operational impact and efficiency improvements.

Strong background in implementing enterprise AI-assisted development tools and governance, with a focus on responsible AI usage and secure handling of sensitive data.

Deep understanding of scalable, resilient cloud-native architectures and ability to influence leaders on safe scaling and automation best practices.
