Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, high-quality software solutions within an agile team environment.

5+ years of applied experience with formal software engineering training or certification.

Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java or Python preferred).

Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with knowledge of secure and responsible AI practices.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

Experience leading mid-sized software engineering teams in financial services or related IT systems.

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted tools operationally within development workflows, ensuring compliance and security.

Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, preferably AWS, and certified skills in Java or Python.
