Lead Automation Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools for complex healthcare software systems, ensuring seamless testing across connected applications and interfaces.

Develop automation solutions leveraging Object-Oriented Programming, cloud, and microservices architecture to enhance operational reliability and scalability.

Implement system reliability engineering principles including regression, performance, stress, recovery, and reliability testing, alongside root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in software test automation, automation engineering, or a closely related role.

Strong programming skills in C++, with proficiency in C# highly desirable.

Experience with requirements and test management tools such as Jama and ALM/Quality Center to maintain traceability and document verification results.

Experienced in designing and maintaining automation frameworks for regulated medical device software or similarly complex, software-enabled products.

Proficient in applying system reliability engineering and cybersecurity principles to automation solutions in regulated environments.

Skilled at coordinating across software, systems, quality, product, and release teams within Agile or similar project management methodologies.
