Minimum Requirements
Strong programming skills in Scala (preferred), Java, or Python.
Experience with Apache Spark (batch and streaming) and big data tools like Hive, SQL, and Kafka.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in backend development as stated; work experience required: 2–4 years backend development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and optimizing petabyte-scale data processing systems within AdTech or analytics domains.
Capable of troubleshooting and performance tuning streaming and batch data pipelines in complex distributed environments.
Comfortable working autonomously on large projects while mentoring others and influencing system architecture decisions.
