Lead implementation and sustainment of ISO 27001 based Information Security Management Systems for clients.
Assess client information security posture to identify gaps and risks, and develop mitigation solutions including controls like change management, incident management, access management, and physical security.
Conduct vendor risk assessments, audit IT infrastructure, serve as a technical/security SME, manage day-to-day client relationships, and contribute to business development and staff retention efforts.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 7 years of mandatory experience in cybersecurity.
Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA, or ITIL.
Location requirement: Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end ISO 27001 ISMS projects with ability to work independently and lead technical/security implementation efforts.
Familiarity with diverse security and privacy domains including risk management, compliance, incident response, and business continuity.
A middle management professional capable of client relationship management, proposal development, and leading staff development initiatives.
