Minimum Requirements
3+ years software engineering experience with at least 1 year working on LLM API-based applications (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).
Proficient in Python programming with production environment experience.
Experience building and evaluating NLP or LLM-based systems with measurable quality metrics (precision, recall, confusion matrices).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in prompt engineering for LLMs, including system prompts, few-shot examples, and chain-of-thought patterns.
Experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph and familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM).
Domain experience or exposure to medical or clinical NLP, pharmacovigilance, or healthcare IT environments is highly advantageous.
