Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python, n8n, UiPath, AI technologies, including workflow logic, system integrations, and exception handling.
Build AI-enabled features leveraging LLM services with clear, measurable business value and create data processing pipelines for reconciliations and validations using Python and SQL.
Own production readiness, long-term maintenance of automation solutions, and translate business requirements from global accounting teams into technical implementations.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery with strong production-ready Python skills.
Practical experience with at least one RPA or workflow tool such as UiPath or n8n.
Experience building reliable system integrations using REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.
Practical exposure to AI/LLM tools with deployed solutions; fluent English; comfortable working Central European business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end automation delivery with ownership mindset, able to independently define and implement solutions without handholding.
Familiar with finance/accounting domain concepts (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations) and enterprise platforms like Oracle Fusion or Snowflake is a strong advantage.
Has practical knowledge of AI agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain), cloud deployment, containerization or CI/CD processes; technical degree or certifications in Data Science, AI, or RPA beneficial.
