Drive requirement discovery and documentation, including BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for AI and technology projects.
Coordinate project activities focusing on scope, timelines, actions, deliverables, sprint planning, UAT, and client communications.
Collaborate across clients, developers, QA, and PMs throughout SDLC to identify gaps, risks, and requirement changes especially in AI/Copilot, Power Platform, CRM, and automation use cases.
Minimum Requirements
4-5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Graduate degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirement engineering, BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has combined experience managing projects and performing business analysis in AI, CRM, Power Platform, or automation technology domains.
Skilled in translating complex technical and AI concepts into clear business language for clients.
Experienced in a fast-paced, multi-client consulting environment with strong ownership and coordination for multiple concurrent projects.
