SAP Scrum Master - Project Manager

Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies, managing scope, budget, quality, and timelines.

Serve as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead for SAP transformation programs, facilitating Agile ceremonies and collaborating with stakeholders across global teams.

Drive release planning, risk management, project KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives for large-scale SAP transformation and application management initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience, including 4+ years leading SAP programs, projects, or Agile delivery teams.

Strong expertise in SAP including S/4HANA, ERP, and enterprise integrations; hands-on Agile framework experience (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean).

Scrum Master and Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master) required; experience with SAP Activate, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile reporting tools.

Experienced leader capable of managing large-scale global SAP transformation programs and multiple distributed teams including vendors and system integrators.

Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, adept at partnering with business and technical teams to align priorities.

Operates with a focus on Agile best practices, project governance, risk mitigation, and continuous delivery performance optimization.
