Own end-to-end Order to Cash operations including billing, collections, cash application, and collection forecasting to optimize working capital and revenue processes.
Manage medium to large teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline standards across multiple client regions and handle escalations effectively.
Identify process gaps and lead transformation initiatives including automation and system enhancements (SAP S4 Hana), while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders upstream and downstream.
Minimum Requirements
12-16 years of experience in billing, sales order processing, or Order-to-Cash operations, preferably in service-based or aviation/logistics sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is mandatory; preference for SAP S4 Hana in Fiori version knowledge.
Must operate from EY Bengaluru office on all working days; rotational shifts may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex OTC processes with multiple client interactions and regional variations, capable of strategic alignment and independent decision-making.
Strong analytical mindset to identify risks, assess process improvements, and lead system changes including UAT and rollouts.
Effective coordinator with proven stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers, comfortable handling month-end closes and peak workloads.
