Experience in tooling, machine tools, or similar industrial sectors preferred.
Proven sales management experience in a budgeted sales area with a successful track record.
Required technical knowledge of metalworking, cutting tools, CNC machining, and machining strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in direct industrial consumable sales with ability to identify and develop new customer applications.
Capable of working effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on achieving measurable sales results.
