Associate I, Accounting & Reporting (P)

Manage end-to-end Fixed Asset accounting processes including asset capitalization, creation of asset master records, internal order/WBS settlement, depreciation runs, and balance sheet reconciliation using Blackline.

Handle month-end closure reporting related to fixed assets and lease accounting processes.

Coordinate with local entities and outsourced teams to ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and revenue settlement, while responding to internal and external inquiries.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2 to 4 years of Record to Report experience in financial organizations or shared services supporting finance functions.

Familiarity with Fixed Assets accounting process end-to-end and lease accounting.

Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in relevant accounting/financial reporting roles.

Experience working in a financial shared services or centralized accounting function, familiar with operational financial reporting and reconciliations.

Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including outsourced service providers.

Practiced in accurate and timely month-end closure activities and fixed asset accounting compliance.
