Associate Director, Finance Technology & Compliance Solutions

Own end-to-end delivery of Finance and Financial Compliance digital solutions, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Manage multiple Finance Digital Assurance initiatives with accountability for scope, dependencies, risks, resource and budget planning.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful and scalable technology-enabled solutions across platforms like Celonis, Power BI, and SAP.

10+ years in IT/Digital solution delivery within Finance, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Audit, or related enterprise functions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.

Experience with analytics, process mining, reporting or data platforms such as Celonis and Power BI; strong understanding of SAP and enterprise Finance systems.

Knowledge of SOX/internal controls, IT controls, or financial compliance concepts and ability to manage complex cross-functional tech initiatives.

Experienced in delivering technology solutions in a large, regulated, or highly controlled multinational environment, ideally with Finance transformation focus.

Skilled at interfacing between senior Finance stakeholders and technical teams, balancing business and compliance requirements with scalable architecture.

Proven program/project manager capable of coordinating diverse global teams, vendors, and delivery partners with strong stakeholder and risk management abilities.
