Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
6-10 years of direct project management experience with 3-5 years in management roles.
Experience leading teams, ideally within a PMO; prior exposure to high technology or manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred.

Experienced in managing multiple project managers and enforcing project management methodologies at a departmental level.
Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to lead change and negotiate consensus.
Comfortable operating within constraints of time, cost, and quality while managing risks and corrective actions across projects.
