Minimum Requirements
2–3 years of accounting experience supporting US-based organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
Proficient in QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of US accounting principles and month-end close processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing US accounting operations with exposure to payroll accounting, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Detail-oriented with strong ability to independently manage accounting tasks and coordinate with remote finance teams.
Comfortable handling comprehensive accounting functions including journal entries, fixed assets, accruals, and financial reporting.
