Design, architect, and deploy advanced VMware environments including vSphere, ESXi clusters, vCenter multi-cluster management, vSAN, and NSX security.
Administer and manage enterprise Dell server hardware lifecycle and diagnostics including PowerEdge servers, MX chassis, and VxRail systems.
Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts and IaC templates using PowerCLI, PowerShell, Ansible, and Python; implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
At least 3 years hands-on VMware vSphere administration (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN) and 3 years Dell PowerEdge server administration and troubleshooting.
2 years L3-level incident management and problem resolution; 2 years experience in infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies and Dell enterprise hardware management tools (iDRAC, Lifecycle Controller, OME).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability in designing and optimizing complex VMware environments and managing enterprise Dell hardware lifecycle.
Experienced in driving automation-first infrastructure operations with scripting and IaC development.
Comfortable working with multi-national teams and managing scalable, hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.
