Senior Manager - Internal Communications

Lead and implement internal communications strategies aligning with business objectives to engage and inform employees across the Global Capability Center in India.

Execute and support flagship communication programs and events, including town halls and leadership forums, collaborating with senior leaders.

Manage internal communication channels, content delivery, and feedback mechanisms to measure and improve communication effectiveness and employee engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, branding, and event management preferably in large multinational organizations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability in delivering impactful communication campaigns.

Work location: Mumbai office with hybrid work expectation (minimum three days onsite weekly).

Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder internal communication projects and campaigns in fast-paced multinational environments.

Proficient in leveraging new-age technologies, social media, video, and content management tools to enhance communication quality.

Skilled in event and vendor management with demonstrated ability to support diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
