Minimum Requirements
3-6 years experience in courier, express logistics, last-mile delivery or field operations with COD handling and route management.
Minimum education: 10th Standard pass; 10th pass or higher preferred.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license with ownership of a two-wheeler if deployment requires personal vehicle use.
Physically fit to perform field operations and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced frontline operations professional familiar with last-mile delivery, COD handling, and using handheld scanners/digital apps.
Capable of operational excellence with a focus on safety, process adherence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Able to mentor junior TSRs and collaborate effectively with shift in-charges and branch teams under dynamic field conditions.
