Staff Project/Program Manager

Manage design and development of optical line system products using ODM suppliers in collaboration with Engineering teams.

Own product specifications and drive the product lifecycle from development and validation through software integration, system validation, NPI, pilot, to general availability launch.

Be accountable for time-to-market, cost, and product quality metrics for new product launches.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (EE, Physics, or Optical Engineering preferred).

At least 8 years of engineering/product development experience, preferably in telecommunication systems.

Minimum 5 years experience in project and/or engineering management including resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting to senior management.

Work Experience Required: At least 8 years engineering/product development, 5 years management experience as specified.

Experienced in managing hardware development projects with preference for optical communication products domain.

Skilled in supplier management, particularly with ODM suppliers, involving global and cross-departmental collaboration.

Capable of leading complex projects involving product specification ownership and cross-functional coordination through full product life cycle.
