Manage partner account onboarding and administration including product SKUs and partner offerings.
Process Market Development Funds (MDF), Global Channel Incentive (GCI) claims, budget allocations, and ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
Provide key support and communication to external partners and internal HQ and Sales teams, including reporting, billing, and ad hoc business operations.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in PC OEMs, Semiconductor Channel Partner Operations, and Business Operations.
Advanced Excel skills mandatory; Salesforce certification is a plus.
Flexible to work evening calls (8PM–11PM IST) or shifts (2:30PM to 11:30PM) as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in semiconductor or PC OEM channel operations with strong business process understanding.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial tracking skills.
Comfortable operating as liaison between external partners and multiple internal teams, managing multiple stakeholders and complex workflows.
