Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree preferred in business management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
1-3 years experience in PC OEMs, semiconductor channel partner operations or business operations.
Advanced Excel skills required; Salesforce certification is a plus.
Availability for regular evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) or shifts (2:30PM to 11:30PM) as needed.

Experienced in semiconductor or PC OEM channel business operations with focus on partner onboarding and fund management.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and deliver quality outputs timely.
Comfortable working extended hours including evening business review calls and using tools like AI, CRM, Power BI.
