Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience building production software with exposure to deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including core compute and networking services.
Proficient programming skills in Go or similar systems language, with willingness to primarily code in Go.
Working knowledge of containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI or AI-powered tools into engineering workflows and automation.
Capable of supporting junior engineers through code review and knowledge sharing, indicating a collaborative working style.
Familiar with managed Kubernetes services (EKS/AKS/GKE), GitOps delivery, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and basics of observability, networking, and security.
