Drive innovation in test automation including AI/ML-based testing, monitor KPIs around automation coverage and release quality, and provide strategic leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of relevant experience in test automation and quality engineering.
Mandatory skills: API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, Core Java, Selenium, MS SQL, JIRA.
Knowledge of Build, Deployment, CI/CD processes and Test Design Practices including TDD.
Location: Noida, Gurugram, or Pune, India.

Experienced leader capable of defining and driving enterprise-wide test automation strategies in a multi-program environment.
Proven track record in innovating and adopting advanced automation tools and methodologies such as AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks.
Strong ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams while managing quality risks, KPIs, and fostering a culture of automation-first and continuous improvement.
