Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of corporate technical training experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Excel, PowerBI, and Articulate for content creation.
Experience in stakeholder management and learning project management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing technology-focused corporate training programs, especially in AI tools or platforms.
Strong ability to manage global, cross-cultural stakeholder relationships and lead change initiatives.
Demonstrates technical skill in multimedia content creation (video animation and skill assessments) showcased via a portfolio.
