Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Java-based enterprise applications with full stack responsibilities including frontend and backend integration.
Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot; oversee deployment and production support across multiple environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, Production).
Participate in architecture/design reviews, implement coding standards, perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
7 to 12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
Mandatory skills: Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL), JPA/Hibernate, Design Patterns, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Linux/Unix.
Experience with deployment, release management, and production support across Dev to Production environments.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant technologies and domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud-native and microservices-based Java application development with strong OOPS and frontend knowledge.
Capable of handling end-to-end application lifecycle including architecture input, coding, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting/support.
Domain experience in Banking or Financial Services, especially in Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking integrations, or familiarity with regulatory and security compliance in such environments is a plus.
